Purchase Methods
At Brillo Club, we strive to make your membership purchase as convenient as possible. Currently, online or website-based payments are not available. You can choose from the following payment methods:
In-Person Payment
- Visit Brillo Club during our operating hours to purchase your membership directly.
- Payment can be made using cash, debit/credit card, or UPI (Unified Payments Interface) at our club's reception desk.
- Our staff will assist you with the membership registration process and provide you with your membership card or details upon payment confirmation.
Bank Transfer
- You may also purchase your membership via direct bank transfer. Please contact us at [email protected] or visit the club for the bank details.
- Once the payment is made, please email or WhatsApp the payment confirmation along with your membership details (name, contact information, preferred membership tier) to [Insert Email Address].
- Upon receiving the payment confirmation, we will process your membership and notify you when it is ready for pickup at the club.
Phone Booking (Payment on Visit)

- After booking, you can complete the payment in person at the club on your next visit. Please note that your membership will only be activated once the payment is completed.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a membership at Brillo Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all membership levels: Basic, Premium, and VIP.
Membership Eligibility
- Members must be at least 21 years of age to apply for and use any membership.
- A valid ID is required for membership registration and verification.
Membership Validity
- All memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Membership Benefits
- Membership benefits vary by tier (Basic, Premium, VIP) and are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
- Benefits may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Brillo reserves the right to change or update the benefits associated with each membership tier at any time without prior notice.
Membership Usage
- Membership cards or digital IDs must be presented to claim benefits and discounts.
- Benefits like free entry, discounts, and other privileges can only be availed by the member and, where applicable, their guests as per membership tier.
- Misuse of the membership, such as sharing the card or using someone else’s membership, will result in immediate termination without a refund.
Guests and Invitations
- Premium and VIP memberships include free guest invitations as per the membership tier. These guest entries must be used on the same visit as the member and are subject to club policies on capacity and entry restrictions.
- Brillo reserves the right to refuse entry to guests or members if club capacity is reached or for behavior deemed inappropriate by staff.
Membership Fees and Payment
- All membership fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
- Renewal notices will be sent 30 days before the membership expiry date. Members must renew their membership before expiration to continue enjoying benefits.
- In-Person Payment: Members can visit Brillo Club to make payments via cash, debit/credit card, or UPI.
- Bank Transfer: For bank transfer payments, the membership will only be processed after receiving payment confirmation. Payment details must be emailed or sent via WhatsApp to [Insert Contact Information].
- Phone Booking: Members who reserve over the phone must complete the payment in person at the club. The membership will only be activated upon full payment.
- No membership will be issued until full payment has been successfully received and verified by Brillo.
- Members are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid delays in the activation of their membership benefits.
- Brillo Club does not offer online payment options. Payments must be completed through the specified methods listed above.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Membership cancellations are allowed within 7 days of purchase if no membership benefits have been used. A processing fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted from the refund.
- No refunds will be issued after this 7-day period or if any membership benefits (such as discounts, free entry, etc.) have been availed.
Membership Suspension and Termination
- Brillo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time without notice if a member engages in inappropriate behavior, violates club rules, or abuses membership privileges.
- In case of termination due to misconduct, no refund will be provided.
Modification of Terms
- Brillo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any membership benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or through the website.
Liability
- Brillo is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred by members or their guests during their visit to the club.
- Members are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to keep their valuables safe during their visit.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information provided during membership registration will be used solely for the purpose of managing membership and providing member-related services. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from membership terms or benefits will be resolved amicably through direct communication with Brillo management. If necessary, disputes may be referred to legal arbitration in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
