Terms and Conditions for Services at Brillo Club
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Brillo Club, including but not limited to our Lounge Bar, VIP Zone, Dance Floor, Party Events, Corporate Tie-ups, and special promotions. By availing of any of our services, guests agree to comply with the following terms:
General Conduct
- Brillo Club reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual or group who violates the club's code of conduct, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, or disturbance of other guests.
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the club's staff, property, and other patrons at all times. Any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
- Any damage to Brillo Club property, whether intentional or accidental, will be the responsibility of the guest(s) involved, and they may be required to cover the costs of repairs or replacement.
Reservations and Entry
- Entry to Brillo Club may be restricted during special events, private parties, or capacity limits. To ensure access, we recommend making reservations or booking in advance.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar card, driving license, or passport) upon entry. Brillo Club reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are unable to provide a valid ID or appear to be under the legal drinking age of 21.
- Guests who have made prior reservations for tables, VIP zones, or events must arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time to retain their booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
